Endometrial Cancer

Endometrial cancer, sometimes called uterine cancer, starts in the lining of the uterus and can work its way into the uterine muscle as it grows.

Symptoms include:

Abnormal vaginal bleeding, spotting, or discharge
Pain or difficulty when emptying bladder
Pain during sex
Pain in the pelvic area

The extent of the cancer determines treatment, and may include surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy.
